And the Italian is... Giancarlo Pedote!

A little over two hours after the arrival unfortunately very stealthy of the Italian Andrea Caracci, 13th proto with Speedy Maltese and forced to join at the earliest an ophthalmic clinic, the other Italian as tired as he is happy. Giancarlo Pedote had the honour of a traditional Bahia welcome. 4th in Series with Prysmian, Giancarlo achieved all his objectives. He talks about a bitter, a long, a difficult, a physically and a nervously hard race. Giancarlo also declared that he was particularly pained by the sea misfortune of his friend and compatriot Ricardo Apolloni (Ma vie pour Mapei) stranded on a beach near Bahia.
